Ephesians Week 9 // July 16, 2023
Join us as we dig into the book of Ephesians. Ephesians is a letter written by the apostle Paul to Christians living in the city of Ephesus in order to strengthen their faith, promote their unity, and exhort them to holiness. He reminds them of God’s great grace and the spiritual blessings every believer possesses. He prays for them to grow in their knowledge of God and what He has done for them in Christ. He emphasizes grace in the salvation of believers and prays that they would be able to comprehend the love of Christ and that they would be filled with the fullness of God. Week 9 Pastor Brannon Marshall walks us through Ephesians 4:17-24. Often we can live in regret, clinging to the old rather than joining God in His forgetfulness of our past because we have been bought with a price and made new by Jesus. We are now called to put off the old, let God renew us daily, and put on our new way of life that is found only in Jesus.
